Starting in late 2025, the project will be based in Vietnam.
All orders are manufactured and shipped from Vietnam via courier service.
Fast delivery times, no restrictions.

Please note! All patches are embroidered on thick 300g felt fabric. I do not use Velcro or adhesive backing.
We have approximately 1,000 designs in our assortment, and we are constantly expanding it, so not all patches are in stock.
All patches are made specifically for your order, with the parameters you selected.
For this reason, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. The standard production time for small orders is 14 to 21 days.
Exceptions include small orders of 1 to 3 patches (these take up to 7-10 days to process).
Delays are possible if production is busy with other orders when you place your order. For prompt communication, please contact me on Instagram @oldowlembr or oldowl.info@gmail.com

The cost of a small package up to 100 grams is 11-12 US dollars/euro.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees if applicable. I am not responsible for customs delays.
I do my best to avoid these fees on your part.

Generally, returns are not very convenient because you have to pay the full shipping cost to get a refund, which doubles the cost of the package. But if you have not received your order within the agreed time, please contact me and we will resolve this situation together.But, as a rule, this happens very rarely.
