Please note! All patches are embroidered on thick 300 mg felt. I do not use Velcro or adhesive backing.

Production times are standard for small orders, this is from 10-14 days, delays are possible if at the time of your order - production is loaded with other orders.

The main orders are sent from Russia. (The exception is a number of countries that have closed their postal service with Russia)

Shipping from Russia is currently unavailable:
South American countries, New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Finland.
We send parcels to these countries via Indonesia without any problems. but it takes a little longer, so please note this when placing your order.

Also note that there are several sections with products that are sent directly from Indonesia, mainly Metal badges (purchased by pre-order), Woven patches,printed patches on the back, and textiles that are produced in Indonesia. All these items are marked with a special label and are sent separately from the general order with patches (if you have collected everything together in one basket).

Fast delivery to the USA and European countries

Russian Post continues to operate as usual. The cost of a small package up to 100 grams is 10 USD/EUR.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees, if any are applied. I'm not responsible for customs delays.
'm doing my best to avoid these fees from You side.

As a rule, the return is not very convenient, because to get a refund - you need to pay its full cost, which makes the package 2 times more expensive. But if you have not received your order within the agreed time, contact me, and together we will resolve this situation, I offer the client a re-sending of the order. But as a rule, this happens very rarely.
