The last step when placing an order is creating a PayPal payment form.
Please wait until the payment form is fully loaded if you have problems with the Internet.
If you have placed an order and the payment has not gone through, it's okay, try making the payment again, or I will contact you in a reply letter and help you make the payment.
Don't forget to check your spam folder.
After placing an order, I always contact you and clarify the delivery address, you can also ask any questions you may have.
Please note! All patches are embroidered on thick 300 mg felt. I do not use Velcro or adhesive backing.
We have about 1000 designs in our assortment, and we are constantly replenishing it, so we do not keep all patches in stock.
All patches are sewn individually for your order, so the waiting time (production and sending of the order) may be longer than usual. Production times for small orders are standard: 14 to 21 days. Delays are possible if production is busy with other orders at the time of your order.

Starting November 2025, all orders and parcels will be shipped from Vietnam, with the exception of those orders discussed individually with the client.
Shipments to the following countries are now available: New Zealand, Australia, Poland and Finland.
After a three-month hiatus, we are starting to ship parcels to the United States again (follow our Instagram account @oldowlembr for updates).
The processing time for your order remains the same 10-14 days. Small orders of 1-3 patches are an exception (their processing takes up to 7-10 days).
For those who have not yet received their orders for various reasons since October, we are currently actively working to resolve this issue.

Fast delivery to European countries
The cost of a small package up to 100 grams is 11-12 US dollars/euro.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees if applicable. I am not responsible for customs delays.
I do my best to avoid these fees on your part.
Generally, returns are not very convenient because you have to pay the full shipping cost to get a refund, which doubles the cost of the package. But if you have not received your order within the agreed time, please contact me and we will resolve this situation together.But, as a rule, this happens very rarely.
